Croeso i Skomer LIVE..
That's about the extent of my Welsh language knowledge! This show took us to the beautiful Welsh island of Skomer, just off the coast of Pembrokeshire. Considering the tremendous array of both bird life and marine life that live on and around the island, it's a nature nerd's dream!
Skomer LIVE launched in 2020, run by The Wildlife Trusts as a live format web series. I presented a short film about the beetles of Skomer Island which aired on the show, and I was invited back the following year for the second season, but this time to present the entire show alongside the brilliant Lizzie Daly
Each episode is jam-packed full of wildlife goodness; with everything from live wildlife cams, special guests including the super-knowledgeable Iolo Williams, interviews with some of the hardworking island wardens, cutting edge science and research, and I even got to hold a baby manx shearwater!
